The Rodgers and Hammerstein family classic, The Sound of Music, is one of our favorite things and we hope it is yours too. A perfect all-family entertainment featuring some of the best-known songs of the American Musical Theatre, including Do-Re-Mi, Climb Ev’ry Mountain, My Favorite Things, Edelweiss, and the title song, The Sound of Music. If you know the film version of the play, released in 1965 and one of the most popular stage to screen adaptations of all time, you will be thoroughly entertained by the original stage production, which now includes songs from the film. A captain with seven children, a novitiate trying to find her way in the world, and all set against the backdrop of World War II make The Sound of Music the multi-award-winning classic that it is.
